2005 Susan F. Berkowitz Award
for Outstanding Service to Children

Tomas L Menses accepted the award on behalf of the JHPCC on May 2nd, 2005. The JHPCC was selected among a number of candidates and the selection process was conducted by the students of the Francis Parker School. 2005 marked the first year that the award was part of a leadership class conducted by the school which included site visits by the students and final evaluations and selections. We would like to congratulate our students for this great honor, for they are the ones that must overcome the day to day struggles and the many obstacles that keep them in being positive influences on other children's lives.
